Our grapes are entirely picked by hand by teams of seasoned pickers who start before sunrise and within minutes of picking and placing the grapes into small bins to prevent damage, have the grapes loaded into refrigerated trucks. The grapes are transported to the winery where they are hand sorted and processed through the best equipment to ensure we maintain the full spectrum of flavours and aromas. Through a blend of traditional techniques and modern technology we strive to create a collection of unique and fine wines that showcase the distinct characteristics of our region’s indigenous varietals.
