TASTING NOTES
Aromas of pineapple and mango lead a gentle acidity creating a long, exciting finish.
VINIFICATION
A wine created to evoke the refined beauty of the native Dalmatian verietal Pošip. Following short cold maceration it has been fermented and carefully aged in stainless steel tanks to maintain the natural subtle fruitiness.
MATURATION
Aging for 10 months in a bottle.
PAIRING
White fish, light risotto, or pasta.
