Intense blackberry, crushed stone and spicy incense aromas unfold with time. The harmonious palate with velvety tannins , perfectly judged acidity infusing shimmering red fruit toward the extremely persistant finish.

VINIFICATION
The grapes were picked over two days – the first day from south-facing vines and the second time, seven days later, from north-facing vineyards in the Podgreben appellation. The grapes then underwent a 48-hour cold maceration process, followed by a 10-day fermentation with maceration.
MATURATION
Ageing for 24 months in French oak.
PAIRING
It is perfectly suitable for red meat dishes, especially steak.
