TASTING NOTES
Salmon pink in color, this rosé reveals a complex nose of exotic fruits and a touch of violet flowers. The palate is seductive, with flavors of watermelon and stone fruit evolving into a floral finish.
VINIFICATION
Fermentation in inox barrels in a controlled environment. Direct pressing of grapes without maceration, fermentation in stainless steel.
PAIRING
Aperitif wine, fish dishes, crudo, poultry.
