TASTING NOTES
Veliko Crno is a perfect balance of strength and finesse. The first aromas are herbs and pepper, followed by blueberries and black currants with a touch of wood. Palate follows the nose with fresh minerality from the Nadin soil. A classic Bordeaux expression of red wine intended for extended aging over ten years.
 VINIFICATION
48-hour cold maceration, followed by fermentation and 10-day maceration.
MATURATION
12 months in French oak.

Red meat dishes, especially steak.
