TASTING NOTES
Deep golden-yellow in color. Aromas of ripe peach, apricot, and citrus, complemented by subtle notes of lightly toasted oak. Soft and well-rounded on the palate.
VINIFICATION
Cold maceration for 9 days in concrete spheres, followed by fermentation in oak barrels.
MATURATION
Aged for 8 months in French oak and 12 months in bottle.
PAIRING
Poultry dishes with sauces, creamy risottos and pasta, and aged cheeses.
