TASTING NOTES
Aromas of green apple, lime, and white flowers. On the palate, light to medium-bodied, clean, direct, and very fresh, with a refreshing finish.
VINIFICATION
After a short cold maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature conditions.
MATURATION
Aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks.
PAIRING
Grilled white fish, sea bass carpaccio, shellfish, light salads, and fresh goat cheese.
