VINIFICATION
A wine created to evoke the refined beauty of the native Dalmatian varietal, Pošip. Following short cold maceration, it has been fermented and carefully aged in stainless steel tanks to maintain its subtle fruitiness.
MATURATION
Aged in the bottle for 10 months before release.
